Case of the upside down telephone

Corbett | April 14, 2004 1:36 AM

This is pretty interesting. Ah Bien has been shot, the day before the elections. The country is at a standstill. He's laying on the operating table. Doctors are sewing him up. He's making a phone call to the Premier, or Chief of State, or to his wife, an emergency crisis phone call of utmost national importance. But he's speaking into the earpiece of his phone. [Notice the direction of the antennae.] How can he hear? Does anyone hear him? Makes you wonder...

Oh I wouldn't give that much thought. George W. thinks that's the normal way to use a phone... I think it's a politician thing.

Oh I love you and your political position. Hahaha... These photos are just too cool.

I'll give ten dollars to the first conspiracy theorist who offers to let me try to "fake shoot" him in the abdomen from twenty feet away in a jeep with a homemade bullet and a pistol.

And I'll give a penny to anyone who can prove that gangsters are active in Taiwan, assasinations are attempted in Taiwan, or that any black gold KMT gangster has ever tried to injure a member of Mr. Chen's family while he was running for office.

3q2u is an acronym which if said in Chinese and Japanese sounds like "Thank you to you!" Dumb but easy to remember. More >>
