Let's do Internet!
Corbett | January 8, 2005 3:40 AM
I got a phone call yesterday from a band promoter, and he said something which was the funniest thing I heard all year. But my humor is pretty warped, so I asked my wife if it was just me or what. She thought it was just me. I asked the Dioxin Bros and they thought it was funny. I asked Christian, and he just said "Oh well," and chuckled.
What do you think? Is this a funny thing to say in 2005 or what?
Man on phone: "Well now that I've got your email address, and you've got mine, we can communicate with each other through the Internet."

3q2u is an acronym which if said in Chinese and Japanese sounds like "Thank you to you!" Dumb but easy to remember. More >>

If you don't find it funny, then unfortunately explaining it won't make it any funnier.
But we can always make analogies...
Now that I've got your mobile phone number, and you've got mine, we can communicate with each other without wires.
