Ok, I found this delightful little Taiwan tour guide through the Taipei Kid's site, which linked to Chewin in the Chung.

I think these ladies are probably still working in Peitou off of Kuang Ming Road somewhere. You can see the geriatric men getting out of their Benz limos up there on a Friday night.
