You know you're getting old when you...
... are out at the movies, and you are shooting hoops at one of those fun basketball arcade games, and you pass the first time elimination round of 50 points, and you are getting close to breaking the 100 point mark, but your right shoulder starts to give out because you are so out of shape, and you have no more strength to lift the ball, so you have to start shooting with your left hand, and end up shooting only a score of 99, and can barely lift your coke afterwards.

i had a getting old moment myself this weekend. went to a coldplay concert. when a ballad came on, i looked back and commented to my husband, look, no one is raising a lighter, their using some glowy thing now. in which he responded, those are cell phones. wtf. i'm old. and cell phones. that's just not right.
