Ruining the environment

In the elevator. Pizza delivery girl from Hebei Province looks at me, I look at delivery girl.
"Do these foreigners ever tip you?"
"No."
"Do you want to get a tip?"
"Of course."
"Then here's what you do. The next time you deliver something to them, after they pay and are about to close the door, don't move. Just stand there for a while smiling politely."
"Really? And they will give me a tip? Just like that?"
"Yes, but you have to smile."
"Oh wow, thanks!"

Heck, I would give a pizza delivery person a huge tip just for being able to deliver a pizza to my home. Unfortunately, there are no pizza delivery places near where I live.
