Counting 1-10 Shanghai style

We had some friends over last night and they were goofing around with different ways to teach Rico how to count with his fingers Shanghai style. Rico's only been here 6 months but his Chinese is getting pretty good. Special bonus points to anyone who picks up the differences between the Taiwanese way and the Shanghai way.
