Do I hear 70,000 a square meter for this beautiful new unbuilt house on the block?

As the wizard in Beijing starts jerking the property cooling measure handle back and forth, looks like we'll have a situation soon where the developers will become the banks, and contractors will become the developers. A couple years ago all this was all blamed on foreigner's hot money. Now that we're out of the hot seat it will be interesting to see who is next.
