Veggies with meat

I made the old mistake of asking the waitress what was good.
She asked me what I wanted. I said some veggies with meat.
She offered the most expensive dish on the menu - abalone.
"How about some veggies with meat instead?"
"Try the fried pork rib."
"Does it come with veggies?"
"No."
"But I'd like some veggies with meat."
"Try the eggplant dish."
"Is there meat in it?"
"No."
"So how about some veggies with meat?"
"We don't have veggies with meat."
"But what about this dish here? Sounds like there's veggies with meat in it."
"Yes there is."
"Ok, then I'll have that."

Anyway, I ended up getting some scallions with fat. But close enough.

3q2u is an acronym which if said in Chinese and Japanese sounds like "Thank you to you!" Dumb but easy to remember. More >>
